Every year the viral video ads are climbing in popularity and having many advertisers wondering if they truly need a traditional television campaign in the mix – and this year I feel like viral is being taken to the next level.

TVs are evolving into social media beacons, take notice how advertising and television ads will start embedding VR codes and links for people to share directly on Facebook/Twitter. In the coming years you will be able to do more than just “like it,” rather you will be able to interact with polls, contests or venture off into a content-like game. It’s inevitable that social media and television will come together to engage consumers to converse.
